Hello, we're pleased to meet you!

We aim to provide a unique, individual service for our clients that goes some way to altering the general concept of estate agents. We consider each home and each person we deal with to be exceptional, whether large or small, rich or poor and we care greatly that each outcome is the right one for all. We have both been through hard times and bought and sold under different circumstances so we understand the frustrations which can be felt and the need for total and utter support and confidentiality through the selling/buying process. We also understand that people sometimes change their minds, their circumstances can change, and we know that however hard it is, transparency and honesty is key to dealing with problems that can arise during such a huge and personal time of our lives.

We take great pleasure in helping our clients’ prepare their properties for sale or let and can help sellers and landlords alike with simple presentation solutions and sellers, landlords and buyers with recommendations for local builders/architects and tradesmen that we trust and have used ourselves.

We are confident that our pro-active approach to marketing, our local knowledge and our positive and tenacious attitude will be instrumental in securing you the right buyer at the right price and we believe that our ethos of honesty, good communication and the ability to listen as well as advise, will help you find selling your house a pleasure, not a chore.

Simon has over 30 years' experience selling homes in Oxfordshire and 15 years in Woodstock itself. He has a thorough knowledge of buildings, ability to get to the bottom of survey issues and willingness to go above and beyond to help sort out problems.

You don’t need to take our word for this..take a look at our ‘reviews’ page to see what our clients are saying…

Simon Flowers BSc - Director

I was born in and have lived and worked in Oxfordshire for most of my life. Getting into estate agency was a happy accident for me; having just finished my degree I thought I should get some interview practice and was offered a job as a negotiator. Since then I have run offices in and around Oxford and have become passionate about property and helping people with their property related plans. Estate Agency is without doubt a vocation, not a job and despite working in the business for 30 years now, I find there is always more to learn and plenty to keep me interested. I arrived in Woodstock in 1999 and I am now thoroughly settled in the town. I consider myself fortunate to live in such a friendly and cosmopolitan area and meeting people in their houses is always interesting. I do get away from Woodstock now and again, usually to travel with my wife and daughter to somewhere we’ve not been before or to go sking. We have a lovely house and garden in Woodstock and for us it is the perfect home.

Jay Flowers - Creative director

I bought my first home at the age of 24 having become fed up with renting in Oxford and after saving hard whilst working as a freelance photographer. The sheer pleasure of first putting the keys into the door is something I will never forget! A couple of years later, I moved to London to further my photographic carreer and bought my second property there. Shortly after my daughter was born, I felt the pull of the Oxfordshire countryside where I had myself been brought up. Here, I have bought and sold further houses which I have lived in and renovated with her help! I met Simon during this time and we now live in a quirky 1920's semi in Woodstock which we adore. Having been through the buying, selling, renting and letting process quite a few times myself, I have a thorough understanding of the process but mainly use my skills photographing our properties and am particularly happy helping with presentation, staging and de-cluttering!

Sam Burrough - Branch co-ordinator

Over the past 20 years I have bought, sold and renovated homes throughout Oxfordshire and the Thames Valley giving me a thorough understanding of the process. During that time I have also created many beautiful interiors for others via my successful decorating business. With my love of homes, business kowledge, common sense approach and ability to multitask I am enjoying having the opportunity to be part of a team dedicated to helping people in all aspects of the housing market by coordinating the nitty - gritty bits in the office and providing the support needed to enable Simon and Jay to do what they do best!

Dan Lloyd - Sales Manager

After growing up in Somerset, I spent a year working on the Ionian island of Kefalonia in Greece.  My family live there and I have spent many holidays enjoying the stunning scenery and local culture.  Since returning to the UK in 2009 I have lived and worked in Oxfordshire, both within the city of Oxford itself and now within the wonderful countryside that surrounds it. I have a strong background in sales and marketing and combined with my passion & interest in property, this is what led me to first work within the industry. I am a real people person and love nothing more than meeting new faces and helping individuals with their moving plans, and finding their dream home.  I thoroughly enjoy working in such a beautiful area and learning about all the different properties. Outside of work, I enjoy long countryside walks with my wife and our two boisterous young dogs, with the odd country pub thrown in!

Jason Steptoe - Lettings Manager

I have been selling and letting houses in this area for over 13 years and thoroughly enjoy helping people through what can sometimes be a very complicated process! I am a landlord myself, making it easy for me to empathise with our landlords and understand the issues associated with letting property.  In my spare time I enjoy driving my TVR, walking in the country, and visits to Silverstone race course as often as possible!
